Primary Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and professionals to present our IT training programs.
- Clearly articulate the advantages of courses, potential employment opportunities, and career advancement.
- Continuously engage with leads to transform inquiries into confirmed enrolments.
- Keep an organized database of interested individuals and monitor their application status.
- Provide counselling to walk-in students, guiding them to appropriate courses.
- Resolve questions and concerns posed by potential students.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong aptitude in sales techniques and influencing potential customers.
- Basic understanding of IT education courses and career pathways within the tech sector.
- Capability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is advantageous but not essential.
Terms and Conditions
The offered monthly salary ranges between 15,000 to 22,000 INR.
