About the Company and Role

Goatpro Leads Private Limited is actively recruiting energetic candidates for their US International Voice Process focused on lead generation. This role is based in Noida (Sector 63) and involves working night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Location: C-127, Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201301
• Shift Timings: US night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: INR 14,000 to 20,500 per month with additional performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA using company dialing systems
• Identify and qualify leads effectively
• Articulate campaign details and respond to customer inquiries
• Handle objections professionally by following provided scripts and guidelines
• Pass qualified leads or calls to the appropriate departments
• Meet daily and monthly targets consistently
• Maintain accurate records of customers and leads

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or graduation
• Open to freshers and experienced individuals
• Proficient in spoken English with strong communication skills
• Confident in conversing with US-based customers
• Positive mindset and resilience to handle rejection
• Target-driven with motivation to earn incentives
• Willingness to work the US night shift
• Experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, international calling, or lead generation is advantageous
