Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and emotionally aware Lead Facilitator to join our Play & Experiences team. This role involves designing and delivering Social Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops, leading creative workshops and camps, and orchestrating purposeful experiences for children aged 0 to 8. The Lead Facilitator will also be instrumental in executing birthday celebrations and events that move beyond conventional entertainment by providing engaging and meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SEL workshops promoting confidence, social skills, emotional control, resilience, and a growth mindset.
• Lead creative workshops, camps, and interactive experiences for young children.
• Energetically host birthday parties and special events.
• Engage children through storytelling, drama, improvisation, movement, and play.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and emotionally responsive environment.
• Assess group dynamics and adapt facilitation strategies for various age groups and individuals.
• Innovate new workshop ideas, activities, and program concepts.
• Contribute to programming schedules, themes, and creative direction.
• Ensure high quality and consistency in all delivered experiences.
• Collaborate effectively within the Play & Experiences team.

Experience and Background

Experience or background in theatre, drama, performing arts, education, psychology, child development, creative arts, storytelling, children’s entertainment, or event management is advantageous. Prior experience working with children is highly preferable. While formal educational qualifications are welcomed, practical experience, creativity, and strong facilitation skills hold significant value.
