Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and pricing for HV infrastructure bidding processes.
• Analyze and interpret drawings, technical specifications, project scopes, and tender documents.
• Develop detailed cost calculations covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenditures.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Source and evaluate pricing inputs from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify and assess both commercial and technical risks associated with tender submissions.
• Assist in tender proposal preparation, clarifications, and facilitate the transition to project delivery teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven estimating expertise specific to HV electrical infrastructure projects.
• In-depth technical knowledge of substations, transmission lines, or related HV electrical works.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
• Experience set within EPC contracting, electrical contracting, or equivalent project environments.
