About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our team based in the United Arab Emirates, working in a hybrid mode. This position involves spearheading data science and AI projects that produce tangible business impact. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling advanced analytics solutions that transform complex business problems into actionable insights. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams is essential to foster data-driven decision-making using the latest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct data science projects focused on achieving measurable business results.
• Design and deploy AI and analytics architectures across different organizational domains.
• Convert business needs into effective data science models and valuable insights.

• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines; a PhD is advantageous.
• Extensive experience and strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure platform.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Management concepts and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps tools for project development and deployment.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing AI architectural solutions.
• Excellent analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven business impact.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving work environment.
• Strong communication skills coupled with effective stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure or AI-related fields are highly desirable.
