Lead Data Analyst

Overview

Mobasher Auctions is looking for a seasoned Lead Data Analyst to take charge of customer data analysis, management, and team guidance. The primary focus is to supervise data extraction and expansion efforts, refine customer targeting precision, and ensure marketing initiatives engage with authentic, well-segmented audience segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a data analytics team by delegating duties and tracking performance to meet company objectives.
• Oversee the upkeep and refinement of customer databases to guarantee accurate, high-quality, and trustworthy data.
• Manage the processes of extracting, collecting, and integrating customer data from diverse sources through sophisticated methodologies.
• Identify and incorporate reliable new data sources continually to broaden the customer base and access untapped segments.
• Analyze customer information to segment target populations by interests, demands, behaviors, and market potential.
• Design targeting approaches to recognize genuine, qualified prospects ensuring marketing communication hits pertinent and interested receivers.
• Verify and enhance customer contact information quality to improve message deliverability and campaign outreach.
• Implement rigorous data cleaning and deduplication procedures to reduce duplicate entries and repetitive communications.
• Develop and orchestrate lead distribution methods for sales teams based on explicit criteria to optimize data utilization and effectiveness.
• Monitor lead quality and targeting accuracy; assess messaging engagement, response, and conversion metrics.
• Evaluate marketing campaign outcomes and supply data-backed insights for refining targeting and engagement approaches.
• Create analytical reports, interactive dashboards, and key metrics to inform business decisions and evaluate data management performance.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing units to advance customer targeting strategies, enhance lead quality, and increase conversion rates.
• Ensure all data collection and utilization complies with relevant data protection laws and customer privacy standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• At least 4 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis and database management, including prior roles involving team leadership or supervision.
• Expertise in SQL, Python programming, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI for advanced data manipulation and visualization.
• Hands-on skills in data extraction, web scraping, data processing, and cleaning techniques.
• Solid experience with database administration, data deduplication, and quality assurance.
• Competence in customer segmentation, lead qualification, and behavior pattern analysis.
• In-depth understanding of customer targeting tactics, improving message deliverability, and enhancing marketing engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management workflows.
• Ability to analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and track response and conversion indicators.
• Proficiency in developing detailed analytical reports, interactive dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools.
• Strong leadership qualities, with advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of nurturing team growth and performance.
• Capacity to interpret complex data sets into practical insights that bolster business strategy, sales, and marketing efficacy.
