Role Overview

The Lead Account Manager will hold responsibility for managing client accounts, fostering robust client relationships, and interpreting their commercial requirements. Working alongside cross-functional teams, they will help design and execute strategies aligned with client objectives. This position operates on a hybrid basis from North Sydney, offering options for remote engagement.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Minimum three years working within market research agencies.
• Proficiency in SPSS and/or Q software.
• Strong skills in visual presentation using Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint.
• A keen eagerness for continual learning with a preference for hands-on involvement and varied activities daily.
• Effective project management abilities, preferably including management of tailor-made research projects from start to finish.
• Interest and capability in developing ongoing relationships with clients and suppliers.
• High numeracy aptitude with meticulous attention to accuracy.
• Excellent command of written English essential for creating reports and composing blog content.
