Laundry Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Laundry Attendants at our hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest laundry requirements are fulfilled promptly and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
• Perform laundry tasks meticulously to ensure excellent quality and results.
• Handle flat irons carefully to maintain equipment condition.
• Operate the flat iron to process food and beverage linen efficiently.
• Fold bed linens and towels following the hotel’s precise standards.
• Execute any additional duties assigned by supervisors promptly.
• Stay fully familiar with and follow fire and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess vocational training related to laundry operations and have previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector. Proficiency in English and a positive, courteous demeanor are essential.
