About the Role
Join Hilton's dedicated team as a Laundry Attendant where your efforts contribute to outstanding guest experiences. You’ll be a key part of ensuring that all linens are impeccably clean and ready, helping maintain the renowned hospitality service that Hilton is known for.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete linen processing: from collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, to distribution of clean linens.
- Upkeep the laundry area by ensuring machines and workspaces are kept clean and functioning properly.
- Track and replenish inventory for linens and laundry supplies to maintain adequate stock.
- Attend promptly and courteously to guests’ laundry service requests, enhancing their stay experience.
