About the Role
As a Laundry Associate at Hilton, you play a vital role in ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional hospitality through the cleanliness and quality of linens and textiles. Your efforts help create a welcoming environment by consistently providing freshly laundered items that enhance guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of linen processing including collection, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution of clean linens.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laundry machines and workspaces.
- Monitor and keep inventory of linens and laundry supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guests’ laundry-related requests to enhance their experience.
