Job description
Role Overview
This position involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware faults in desktops and laptops. Key responsibilities include replacing defective components, assembling PCs, installing and configuring software, and conducting thorough testing before delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve hardware issues such as display malfunctions, power supply failures, motherboard faults, RAM, and battery problems.
- Replace or upgrade defective parts including display screens, keyboards, RAM modules, SSDs/HDDs, motherboards, power jacks, and cooling fans.
- Assemble desktop computers, execute RAM and SSD upgrades, and perform thermal pasting and servicing tasks.
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), Microsoft Office, drivers, antivirus programs, and essential software applications.
- Troubleshoot software crashes, resolve OS boot errors, improve system performance, and remove viruses.
- Conduct final testing and verification to ensure repaired devices meet quality standards prior to delivery.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 8000 and 12000 INR.
