Language Counsellor

Overview

We are hiring a Language Counsellor for our Kalol location. This full-time role is target-driven and comes with a salary package based on experience, along with incentives for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to students interested in IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, French, and German language courses.
• Manage incoming calls, attend walk-in inquiries, and conduct regular follow-ups to engage prospective students.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed enrolments effectively.
• Meet monthly goals related to admissions and revenue.
• Clearly communicate course details such as fees, duration, batch schedules, and prerequisites.
• Maintain accurate student and lead information using CRM or ERP systems.
• Collaborate closely with trainers and the International Affairs department to support student progress.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in counselling.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Highly target-focused with strong follow-up capabilities.
• Familiarity with language courses and international study requirements is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.

Compensation

The salary is commensurate with experience and includes performance-based incentives.
