Landscaper

Position Overview

Bluelink Global Holdings LTD is seeking dedicated Landscapers to execute both hard and soft landscaping tasks on residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality outdoor spaces and grounds upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Install soft landscaping elements such as turf laying, planting, mulching, and bed preparation.
• Perform hard landscaping operations including paving, edging, fencing, and fundamental groundworks.
• Accurately follow setting-out instructions from detailed drawings and landscaping packages.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and sites in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct snagging work and seasonal maintenance visits to ensure quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively within a crew under the supervision of a Site Manager or Landscape Supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles.
• Ability to perform manual outdoor labor regardless of weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of horticultural elements including plants, turf, and hard landscaping materials.
• CSCS certification is preferred; training will be offered for candidates nearing qualification.
• Strong team player exhibiting punctuality and reliability.
• Holding a full UK driving licence is beneficial.
