Role Overview

This full-time, on-premises position in Jeddah entails crafting comprehensive landscape designs for residential, commercial, and public spaces. The Landscape Designer will closely coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop concept and detailed plans.

Key Duties

• Create design drawings, planting plans, and layouts for hardscapes such as pathways and seating areas.
• Select appropriate materials and plant species aligned with project needs, local climate, and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with site teams to monitor progress and make required design modifications.
• Prepare professional presentations and documentation for stakeholders and clients.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background including degrees or diplomas in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Technical proficiency with design and graphic tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong skills in spatial planning, detailed design, irrigation systems, and basic site engineering principles.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with multidisciplinary teams and onsite staff.
• Experience working on landscape projects in climate regions similar to Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local regulations is preferred.
