Landscape Design Manager

Position Overview

The Landscape Design Manager will lead and execute projects in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, and Master Planning while providing senior design direction within the studio. Collaborating closely with the Design Director, this role serves as a primary design leader and is highly client-facing, managing projects independently and supporting the consistency and quality of other studio projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships acting as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and ongoing communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout each project phase.
• Lead projects from proposal development through to construction completion, managing schedules, resources, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Partner with the Design Director and senior staff to develop and uphold a strong, coherent design vision that guides project narratives and protects design intent at all stages.
• Provide strategic review and design input across various projects, ensuring quality and alignment with the studio’s design approach.
• Prepare and present comprehensive design presentations, reports, and client submissions that effectively communicate the project vision.
• Mentor senior landscape architects and design team members, fostering their skills in design development, client engagement, presentation capabilities, and professional growth.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrable Landscape Architecture experience within the UAE or GCC region.
• Eligibility to obtain UAE employment visa.
• Available for an in-person interview at the Abu Dhabi studio.
• Full-time, onsite employment based in Abu Dhabi.
