Job description
Job Overview
The Landscape Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and upkeep of landscaping components within road and infrastructure developments. This role ensures that all landscaping tasks are completed in accordance with approved design plans, allocated budgets, and project schedules. A thorough knowledge of landscaping techniques, construction workflows, and principles of environmental sustainability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the landscaping aspects of road and infrastructure projects from initial planning stages through to final delivery, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety, environmental, and design regulations.
- Perform site evaluations to examine soil conditions, current vegetation, and drainage infrastructure to validate the practicality and sustainability of landscaping proposals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 15 years of professional experience in landscape management on roads, highways, or infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia, with preference for large-scale project expertise.
