About the Role
Gyrfalcon Design & Engineering Services LLC seeks an experienced Landscape BIM Modeler to enhance their dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves creating sophisticated landscape BIM models, ensuring high quality documentation, and adhering to BIM standards within specified project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed Landscape BIM models using Revit software.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive BIM documentation for landscape projects.
- Follow and maintain BIM standards and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in Landscape BIM modeling.
- Expertise in using Revit for BIM modeling and documentation.
- Strong understanding of BIM practices, standards, and coordination techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under project timelines and demonstrate reliability.
Additional Information
- Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
