About the Role
Join Urban & Landscape Design Studio as a Landscape Architect based onsite at Whitefield, Bengaluru. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing landscape projects, specializing in large-scale developments with expertise in construction drawings and tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives and interact closely with clients to align project goals and expectations.
- Manage projects from initial concept through Good For Construction (GFC) stage, ensuring thorough documentation at every milestone.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP and structural engineers, and vendors to present and realize the design intent confidently.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates, supervising construction to ensure fidelity to design vision.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, encouraging innovation and teamwork within the studio.
Qualification and Skills Required
- Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture with 1 to 3 years of professional experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 1 to 5 years in landscape design.
- Proficiency in producing landscape construction drawings, tender documents, and BOQs for extensive projects.
- Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 rendering software.
Work Schedule and Location
Work from the ECC Road office in Whitefield, Bengaluru, operating Monday through Friday (five working days per week).
