Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle entry and exit, directing traffic at the landfill site as needed.
• Engage in physical tasks such as picking up paper and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the landfill.
• Conduct yard maintenance, including weed cutting.
• Set up temporary wind fences when required.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair work in office areas, including painting and cleaning duties.
• Perform any other assigned job-related tasks.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving workplace safety and environmental protocols.
• Collaborate with customers and fellow employees to identify safe, environmentally responsible solutions for service issues.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of consistent work experience in a similar environment.
• Capability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Competence in reading, comprehending, applying, and enforcing safety guidelines.
