Land Surveyor

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The role involves conducting precise field surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical details, and layouts for construction projects. You will utilize advanced surveying tools and software to gather and interpret data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site surveys to establish boundaries, topography, and construction layouts.
• Operate and maintain various surveying tools including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, drones, and digital levels.
• Collect, process, and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS platforms.
• Produce detailed survey maps, drawings, and legal boundary descriptions.
• Validate accuracy of survey measurements and computations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to align designs with survey information.
• Update and manage all survey documentation and records.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and professional standards related to land surveying.
• Lead and coordinate survey teams, distributing tasks effectively as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and offer technical guidance to project teams and clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Professional licensure such as Registered or Licensed Surveyor is preferred or required depending on jurisdiction.
• Have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in both field and office survey roles.
• Familiarity with GPS/GNSS technologies, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey software like Trimble Business Center and Leica Geo Office.

Working Environment

• Primarily outdoor fieldwork with some office-based activities.
• Exposure to a variety of weather and terrain conditions.
• Potential travel to multiple project sites as required.

Compensation

The monthly pay range for this position is from 7000 to 8000 AED.
