Primary Responsibilities
- Independently or collaboratively organize and lead both small and large-scale activities targeted at adult guests
- Prepare and manage the setup and execution of activity programs, ensuring smooth operation before, during, and after the sessions
- Engage with adult participants, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all involved
- Innovate by suggesting new activity ideas and assist in the development of future resort activity programs
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Entertainment Manager or Executive Team
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid certification in Standard First Aid with CPR
- At least one year of recent experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recreational setting involving adult participants
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in an additional language such as Russian is advantageous
- Ability to perform well under pressure in demanding environments
- Flexibility coupled with strong teamwork capabilities
- Experience in leading and hosting diverse games, crafts, interactive activities, and similar programming
- Physically capable to conduct activities in various weather conditions, including walking, sports, and water sports
