Role Responsibilities

• Receive and understand production orders and job assignments from supervisors.
• Verify laminating instructions with production documents, samples, and blueprints.
• Assist in setting up and operating both hot and cold laminating machines.
• Handle materials and rolls properly during loading and unloading using safe procedures.
• Monitor the laminating process and conduct quality control checks throughout production runs.
• Inspect initial and finished products for defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, curls, and other flaws.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain high product quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
• Experience in printing or graphic arts industries will be considered an asset.
• Educational background or training in Graphic Arts is a benefit.
