Lady Security Guard

Job Overview

We are seeking a professionally trained Lady Security Guard to join our security team at G4S in Goa. The primary responsibility is to protect various premises including building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories. The role involves conducting foot or vehicle patrols, monitoring entry points, securing assets and personnel, responding to emergencies, overseeing CCTV surveillance, and preventing criminal activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard property, premises, and sensitive information.
• Submit daily reports to the Supervisor per standard procedures.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures consistently.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines at all times.
• Operate and oversee security systems effectively.
• Control access for people, materials, and vehicles entering or exiting the site.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify hazards or suspicious situations affecting safety or property.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure vehicle security and detect unauthorized access.
• Prepare detailed reports as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: 10th grade pass.
• Height requirements: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches for men; minimum 5 feet for women.
• Age range: 18 to 35 years for freshers; up to 40 years for experienced security guards.
• Must be medically and physically fit with a mature appearance.
