Role Overview

This position requires assembling building trusses, ensuring a safe and productive workplace environment, and collaborating closely with team members to uphold high production standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard hand tools and the ability to read tape measures accurately in feet, inches, and sixteenths.
• Ability to comprehend and execute written job-related instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable team player with a strong focus on safety.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining productivity for the full shift.
• Willingness to learn new skills and contribute ideas to improve processes.

Primary Duties

• Set up the work area at the beginning of each task in consultation with the Team Leader.
• Assemble trusses according to company specifications and training guidelines.
• Inspect materials, tools, and finished products for quality, reporting issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area during operations and prior to leaving.
• Adhere to safety protocols when operating equipment and machinery.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay of $19.50 per hour.
