Role Overview

The Labourer plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our construction sites while providing support to the site production team to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Securing and opening storage containers and designated plots.
• Preparing the worksite and undertaking routine site housekeeping.
• Cleaning site welfare facilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Managing receipt and storage of deliveries promptly.
• Assisting site personnel and specialized trade workers as needed.
• Ensuring walkways remain unobstructed and assisting with traffic management.

Experience and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid CSCS Card.
• Able to work independently with strong communication abilities.
• Committed to maintaining a high quality of workmanship.
• Holds a full, clean driving license capable of traveling to multiple construction sites.
• Demonstrates strong safety awareness.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
