Faa Digital and Displays is seeking a dependable Labour Helper/Mazdoor to provide essential assistance in flex printing production at their facility located in Nandambakkam, Chennai.
Job Overview
The role involves supporting the Flex Printing Machine Operator through various machine-related tasks including material management and maintenance of the work area. The position requires handling of raw and printed materials, cleaning duties, and other production assistance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Flex Printing Machine Operator throughout daily printing operations.
- Load, unload, and transport flex printing materials and raw inputs safely within the production area.
- Support machinery functioning and perform cleaning of machines and workspaces regularly.
- Organize and manage printing materials required for daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols in the workplace.
- Carry out additional manual labour and support roles as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in helper, labour, printing, production, or machine support roles.
- Physically capable and comfortable performing manual labour activities.
- Willingness to assist machine operators and to learn printing-related processes.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to understand and follow instructions effectively.
- Education qualification of 12th Pass preferred.
Skills Needed
- Proficiency in machinery cleaning and maintenance.
- Experience in machine operations support.
- Ability in loading, unloading, and raw material handling.
- Manual labour competence supporting production work.
Salary and Benefits
The remuneration ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 monthly, dependent on skill and experience. Additional perks include overtime payment, an annual bonus, and provision of food/meals.
Additional Details
This role is available for male candidates. English language proficiency is not required. Both full-time and part-time day shift positions are available. The work location is onsite at D.P. Complex, 1/3 Mount Poonamallee Road, near Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Tamil Nadu.
