Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Job Overview

This role involves assisting with various physical tasks to support daily worksite operations. The Labour Helper or Mazdoor will be responsible for material handling, supporting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general physical labor duties as directed by supervisors.
• Load, unload, transport, and arrange construction materials and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Provide assistance to masons, carpenters, electricians, and other specialized workers on site.
• Ensure the work area stays orderly and clean at all times.
• Follow all supervisors’ and site managers’ instructions promptly.
• Comply with workplace safety guidelines and procedures consistently.
• Use basic tools and equipment responsibly as needed.
• Complete assigned tasks punctually to aid smooth daily site operations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• No formal educational qualifications required.
• Prior experience in labour or construction work is beneficial but not essential.
• Good physical condition with the capability to handle demanding manual work.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a hardworking attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Readiness to work across various job sites as needed.

• Experience range: Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

• Monthly salary range: INR 14,000 to INR 16,000.
