Role Overview

The Rental Furniture Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring the secure transportation and proper installation of rented furniture and home appliances at customer locations.

Key Duties

• Load items carefully at the local hub or warehouse and transport them safely to customers' homes.
• Assemble furniture pieces such as beds, sofas, and tables, and correctly set up appliances like washing machines and refrigerators.
• Conduct quality inspections before delivery, confirming items have no scratches, function correctly, and are well packaged.
• Engage professionally with customers to communicate delivery schedules and verify the condition of goods upon handover.
• Complete documentation by obtaining customer signatures and updating delivery status in the internal system or to the operations manager.
• Handle reverse logistics by safely picking up rented or replacement items without causing damage.

Qualifications and Skills

• Physical fitness sufficient to handle heavy furniture lifting, loading, and transportation.
• Basic communication skills in the local language along with Hindi or English to coordinate with customers and hub supervisors.
• Possession of a valid driving license for two-wheelers or commercial vehicles and basic KYC documents.
• Maintain courteous and helpful customer service to reinforce a positive brand image.
