Labour Helper / Mazdoor Dock Worker / Warehouse Worker

Job Summary

This role is for a Dock Worker or Warehouse Worker based in Malaysia, offering full-time employment. The position involves handling cargo and goods at the dock and within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading cargo, goods, and materials at dock facilities.
• Safely moving and organizing cargo within the warehouse and dock zones.
• Assisting in the receiving, inspection, sorting, and dispatching of goods.
• Packing, labeling, and managing materials as required.
• Operating basic warehouse equipment following appropriate training.
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards on-site.
• Following directions from supervisors and warehouse management.
• Performing physically demanding tasks like lifting and moving goods.
• Complying with company health, safety, and operational protocols.
• Working overtime as necessary, with overtime compensation provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Good physical fitness suitable for manual labor tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and additional hours when needed.
• Prior experience in warehouse, dock, logistics, or cargo handling preferred but not mandatory.
• Responsible, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Adherence to workplace safety procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary of 90,000 Malaysian Ringgit.
• Overtime pay provided for qualifying extra hours.
• Full-time position based in Malaysia.
• Training and support offered as needed.
• Other employment benefits in accordance with Malaysian labor laws and employer's policies.

Additional Information

A service charge of 100,000 INR is applicable, which includes flight costs and visa processing.
