Job Summary

ACI Mechanical is seeking motivated individuals eager to advance their careers in the construction industry, focusing on plumbing and mechanical systems. This is an entry-level role.

Responsibilities

• Transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Provide assistance to trade technicians in their tasks
• Follow all safety protocols at the job site
• Consistently arrive on time for work
• Demonstrate willingness and capability to acquire new industry-specific skills
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment proficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction is advantageous but not mandatory
• Valid driving record that complies with company standards
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Work environments may involve exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, loud noises, and other OSHA-regulated conditions on job sites. Outdoor exposure includes varying weather conditions such as heat, humidity, cold, wind, and dust. Physical demands include regularly lifting up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; standing for extended periods; walking moderate to long distances over various terrains; climbing, crawling, crouching, reaching, gripping, pushing, and pulling without difficulty.
