Job Responsibilities and Expectations

• Bring 1-2 years of experience related to Roustabout, Steel Buildings, or Industrial Services roles.
• Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and focus on safety in all tasks.
• Be prepared to work overtime, potentially scheduled up to seven days a week when needed.
• Successfully complete pre-employment and ongoing screenings.
• Communicate clearly and effectively while collaborating with team members.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record from the past five years.
• Show self-motivation to actively contribute to daily work assignments.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.50, depending on experience.
