Laboratory Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pathology Laboratory Technician to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. The role entails the collection, labeling, and processing of blood, urine, and various other samples while ensuring precision in routine laboratory testing. The technician will be responsible for operating, maintaining equipment, and adhering to strict safety and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process biological samples accurately including blood and urine.
• Execute routine laboratory tests with efficiency and accuracy.
• Operate and oversee the maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Keep detailed documentation and comply with safety and quality protocols.
• Maintain a clean and compliant lab environment adhering to established standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Master's degree in Chemistry/Microbiology.
• Preferably have previous experience in a laboratory setting.
• Solid understanding of laboratory methodologies and adherence to safety norms.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to work effectively within a team.

Compensation and Additional Information

The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 INR. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build their experience in a diagnostic laboratory environment.
