Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Sippy Software clients, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Participate in system maintenance, migrations, and upgrades to enhance platform reliability.
- Assist in testing new system features and deliver training on these updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills (intermediate level or higher).
- Intermediate capability in Linux/Unix system administration.
- Practical understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network administration on Unix-based systems.
- Basic familiarity with SQL query operations.
