Kronos Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable Kronos Consultant to handle compliance and configuration tasks. The role involves managing essential timekeeping functions, crafting complex pay rules, and ensuring precise labor tracking. The successful candidate will be adept at transforming detailed HR policies into automated system rules while maintaining flawless payroll system integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure primary Kronos system modules, emphasizing Timekeeping and Attendance operations.
• Create and revise elaborate Pay Rules, Work Rules, and Shift Patterns tailored to organizational needs.
• Design custom Accrual profiles, balances, and grant configurations to align with company policy.
• Develop and maintain data integration and interfaces using Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
• Analyze and interpret labor laws and corporate regulations to ensure system compliance and updates.
• Identify and resolve issues related to pay calculations, historic data corrections, and employee total discrepancies.
• Provide support for payroll by troubleshooting automated timecard errors and anomalies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in configuring and implementing Kronos workforce management solutions.
• Expertise in core functionalities such as Timekeeping, Pay Rules, and Accruals.
• Proficient in Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions platforms.
• Technical skills include hands-on experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and SQL for system interfacing and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to debug complex payroll calculation issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to candidates who possess at least a graduate-level degree.
