Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for cakes, tortes, and slices.
• Work with fruit, cream, and mousse layers.
• Create new recipes and innovative products.
• Adapt offerings based on seasonal trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct quality checks for flavor, presentation, and standards.
• Maintain hygiene and safety regulations rigorously.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a Pastry Chef or equivalent baking and confectionery experience.
• Inventiveness and strong sense for decoration and pastry design.
• Meticulous and clean working habits with high quality expectations.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety compliance.
• Experience handling diverse baking and decoration materials is advantageous.
• Passion for working with food and developing new products.
