Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled KNIME Specialist to design, maintain, and support KNIME workflows to empower data-driven solutions. The role involves handling ETL processes, data preparation, and transformations, as well as integrating KNIME with enterprise data sources. You will also manage the KNIME environment, optimize platform performance, and coordinate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and support KNIME workflows efficiently.
- Conduct extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations alongside preparing and transforming data.
- Interface KNIME workflows with various enterprise data sources and services.
- Administer the KNIME system, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Support platform updates including testing, deployment, and tuning performance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot incidents thoroughly to determine root causes.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is essential.
- Minimum of three years’ direct experience working with KNIME in a hands-on capacity.
- Proven expertise in KNIME workflow development and administrative responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data preparation, workflow management, and maintaining data quality.
- Familiarity with programming and integration between systems and data sources.
- Experience supporting platform upgrades, testing procedures, and deployments.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, especially Incident, Change, and Release management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills paired with strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
- Flexible to work onsite in Riyadh or remotely based on project needs.
