Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic Food & Beverage professionals to contribute to our team, focusing on kitchen stewardship to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of food processing areas, storage rooms, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen tools, corridors, holding spaces, and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow assigned duty schedules and shifts diligently.
• Execute all stewarding responsibilities according to provided guidelines.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage through careful handling.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should ideally possess vocational training related to food & beverage services along with prior experience as a Kitchen Steward. Proficiency in English is required.

The preferred applicant will be hands-on, hardworking, and dedicated, able to adapt quickly to a busy environment while maintaining focus under pressure.
