Overview

We are looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team at a café in Mumbai. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance.
• Record customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Manage billing using POS systems and handle cash payments.
• Keep the café clean and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation and serving to customers.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members for seamless café operations.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of 10th or 12th standard education preferred.
• Open to freshers as well as those with prior experience.
• Strong communication and ability to manage customers effectively.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as needed.
