Role Overview

Convenience Restaurants Private Limited is seeking Kitchen Staff members to join their restaurant and cloud kitchen operations. This position is based in the Delhi-NCR region and welcomes candidates with minimal experience and basic English reading ability. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene along with supporting food preparation and packaging duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the kitchen space, utensils, cooking appliances, waste bins, and storage areas are consistently kept clean and orderly.
• Maintain organized and sanitary workstations to uphold food safety standards.
• Assist in washing, slicing, and preparing various food ingredients as per requirements.
• Support handling of both dry and fresh stock items and help with cooking activities such as frying, grilling, and baking.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Neatly pack food orders with the appropriate branding and verify order accuracy prior to dispatch.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed at least 10th grade education or higher.
• Basic English reading skills sufficient to understand labels and instructions.
• Possession of valid documents including Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a bank account.
• Experience ranging from no prior to up to one year in a related kitchen or food preparation role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between 14,000 and 16,500 INR, inclusive of statutory benefits.
