Role Overview and Duties

• Keep the kitchen area clean and orderly, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.
• Assist in preparing and replenishing food items as instructed by the chef.
• Clean and maintain kitchen appliances and surfaces to a high standard.
• Adhere to all food safety and health guidelines.
• Engage in daily cleaning and closing routines alongside the kitchen staff.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience is essential.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take direction and function cooperatively within a team.
• Flexible availability for working shifts, including evenings and weekends.
