About the Role
Our Kitchen Porters are vital in providing an excellent customer experience within our restaurant environments. They contribute by preparing meals, upholding food hygiene standards, and maintaining high operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various kitchen operations proactively, including cleaning and managing dishwasher tasks.
- Ensure seamless restaurant workflow by preparing equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver meals promptly and to a high standard.
- Expand knowledge of dietary needs, allergen information, and health and safety practices.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for food and strives to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Works well in team settings and communicates confidently, eager to acquire new skills.
- Performs effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Has prior experience in food service operations.
- Understands kitchen food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Possession of relevant food safety certification is advantageous.
