About the Role
Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support its kitchen operations in Dublin. The position is based on site and is part of a collaborative hotel team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen cleanliness and health and safety standards.
- Follow instructions from department managers and help track food waste while arranging waste collection.
- Keep clean crockery, cookware, and kitchen tools available at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas and related spaces as assigned.
- Work with the chef team to uphold HACCP compliance.
Requirements
- Some previous experience working in a kitchen environment is required.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team or work independently when needed.
