About the Role

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support its kitchen operations in Dublin. The position is based on site and is part of a collaborative hotel team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen cleanliness and health and safety standards.
• Follow instructions from department managers and help track food waste while arranging waste collection.
• Keep clean crockery, cookware, and kitchen tools available at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas and related spaces as assigned.
• Work with the chef team to uphold HACCP compliance.

Requirements

• Some previous experience working in a kitchen environment is required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team or work independently when needed.
