At wagamama, food is at the heart of everything we do. Our kitchens focus on fresh ingredients and craft dishes made to order. As a kitchen porter, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment to enable chefs to create bold flavours.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy at all times, ready for service.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to support continuous food preparation.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify when stock is running low.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to protect yourself and colleagues.
