Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring smooth kitchen operations through maintaining cleanliness, aiding chefs, and managing kitchen logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

• Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and operates efficiently.
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools to exacting standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the chefs.
• Uphold strict hygiene, health and safety, and food safety protocols consistently.
• Support logistical tasks such as handling deliveries, managing waste, and organizing stock.
• Collaborate effectively as an integral member of a dynamic professional kitchen team.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude and strong work discipline.
• Committed to maintaining high cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Works well within a team, thriving in busy kitchen settings.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• While prior experience as a kitchen porter is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
