• Sanitize and clean kitchen surfaces including countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, and sinks.
• Thoroughly clean the kitchen after closing to ensure readiness for the next day’s operations.
• Maintain and organize food storage units such as refrigerators and freezers.
• Receive kitchen deliveries and properly arrange supplies.
• Wash dishes including cutlery, pots, pans, and cutting boards, and operate dishwashers.
• Manage disposal of kitchen waste, ensuring it is removed and discarded appropriately.
• Clean and upkeep kitchen appliances and equipment including cookers and food mixers.
