As a kitchen porter, you are vital to the kitchen’s operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and supporting smooth workflow so chefs can deliver bold flavors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a spotless and well-prepared kitchen environment at all times.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to ensure continuous cooking operations.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when stocks are running low.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to protect yourself and colleagues.

• Demonstrates a sincere enthusiasm for fresh, quality food.
• Aspired to develop and grow within a kitchen team setting.
