Key Responsibilities

• Uphold stringent cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards within the kitchen by adhering to the cleaning schedule.
• Wash all kitchen crockery, cutlery, and utensils efficiently and correctly.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment, including thorough cleaning after use.
• Clean heavy kitchen apparatus as assigned.
• Perform regular cleaning of refrigeration units.
• Manage kitchen waste disposal appropriately, ensuring proper storage and removal.
• Provide assistance in fundamental food preparation such as salads, vegetables, and stocks.
• Ensure the kitchen area is securely locked up at the end of shifts.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in ancillary team areas including the canteen, changing facilities, and restrooms.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience working in luxury or high-end hospitality environments such as private members' clubs or five-star hotels will be given preference.
