As a Kitchen Porter, you will support the kitchen operation by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with basic food prep duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen areas including sinks, counters, and floors are kept clean and sanitary.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen utensils, plates, dishes, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage zones while adhering to food safety protocols.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
• Assist the kitchen team with tasks such as washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Organize and properly store kitchen materials and supplies to ensure availability.
• Help with receiving and storing deliveries accurately.

Job Details

• Contract: Full Time and Part Time options available.
• Salary: £15.00 per hour, inclusive of Tronc.
• Opening Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Venue open seven days a week.
• Start Date: 16th September.
