Job Description

• Sanitize and clean dishes, flatware, and glassware by hand or with an automatic dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays thoroughly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Keep all kitchen surfaces and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Properly dispose of waste in designated areas to ensure kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Knowledgeable about safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals and techniques.
• Capable of regularly handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications related to the position.
