Position: Restaurant Steward / Kitchen & Service Staff

Location: Girgaon (near Charni Road Station)

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Culinary Director with preparing ingredients for menu items.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchenware by dishwashing and keeping the kitchen area spotless.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers' tables and clear dishes once finished.
• Maintain and arrange the dining area throughout the shift.
• Participate in the closure activities such as thorough cleaning and resetting of the dining and kitchen areas for the next day.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably local residents of Girgaon, Charni Road, or South Mumbai to accommodate the late-night schedule and ease commuting.
• Must be dependable and able to consistently work the 5 PM to 3 AM shift.
• Should have a proactive attitude, eager to take on multiple roles between kitchen assistance and guest service.
• Previous work experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
